The Team Leader Operations would play a key role within the Money In function to support Fidelitys clients and internal partners at FMR India. The TL will also be accountable for the day to day operations his/her direct and in direct teams. He / she will work closely with the Operations Managers / Leaders and Global Partners to understand the business priorities and ever increasing needs of our customers to align their teams to execute the day-to-day operations. Continuously focus in developing the team to achieve Individual goals and contribute to Organizational goals Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a staff of 12-15 MI associatesManage the day-to-day operations of MI team, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of deliverablesReview productivity and quality of individuals within the team. Re-evaluate and adjust standards as the business grows and changes. Define new productivity standards to accommodate business changesCreate, establish, and maintain daily and monthly operational metricsIdentify issues\bottlenecks that prevent \ hinder the organization in providing the best in class customer experience, escalate them appropriately and collaborate with Clients and internal partners to fix those issuesConduct performance evaluations and salary reviews for team members. Identify the current competencies of each associate and provide training and development in required skill areasPromote teamwork and responsiveness of individuals in their areas of responsibility through support and coaching.Lead or participate on project teams involved with departmental or strategic projectsCandidate DescriptionWorking knowledge of the Defined Contributions BusinessFinancial Services background is a mustPrior experience in working with US based clients\customers is an added advantageStrong People and Partner management skillsBehavioural AttributesStrong analytical skills and orientation to detailsExcellent Communication SkillsLeadership and personnel management skillsPrioritization and time management skillsCustomer / Partner centricityFlexibility to work in night shifts QualificationsBachelor s Degree with 7+ years of overall corporate experience (including at least 3 + years in a people management role)
