Lead and conduct day to day management of multiple data collection and maintenance processes.Recommend solutions and procedures to the business which include the necessary tasks to achieve high quality data and which take into consideration other systems/software utilized for other purposes to allow consistency and prevent re-work. Implement such solutions and procedures within data operations. Ensure all projects take into consideration the overall data strategy of the organization. This idea generation includes fostering an environment where the team is also engaged in the same. Also, carefully planning and executing on projects.Day-to-day staff management including review of their deliverables, shaping their solutions and ongoing performance management processesSkill Set Required-Creates an atmosphere of continuous improvement, while motivating the team to perform at a higher efficiency. Fosters a team oriented culture and initiates the team building activities to build team unity.Provides proactive leadership of the team. Establishes team goals aligned with overall departmental objectives. Ensures deliveries are on-time and conform to quality standards.Owns and is accountable for the performance of the team and the effectiveness of production processes.Establishes and/or develops metrics, reviews quantitative and qualitative performance standards and coordinates implementation with the Manager. Monitors and measures group and individual performance.Responsible for collecting feedback, coordinating testing and any and all other tasks associated with development of collection tools and systems.Presents and executes on ideas for improving overall departmental processes, procedures, and tools. Continuously implements and innovates techniques to maximize productivity.Coordinates training requirements with the internal training team.Coordinates and communicates well with colleagues from other Estimates teamsAssists in recruiting new team members by evaluating candidates and communicating evaluations to management.Prepares various production/quality reports and ad-hoc market reports providing analysis, highlighting progress and relevant issues to be resolved.Ensures all company policies are followed.Willing to work in shifts on rotational basis.Must be able to work closely with other teams including other data teams, as well as technical team and project management.Must be able to provide leadership and coaching to a staff.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with relational database conceptsGood time management skillsExperience working in a dynamic and deadline driven environment.Ability to act independently in order to manage projects from start to finish.Good oral and written communications skills.Capacity to give and accept feedback constructively.Maintains high ethical standards both personally and professionally.Strong computer software skills Determine root cause then recommend and execute solutions of urgent data issuesCommunicating complicated situations using simple means to team membersDevelop/enhance quality monitoring mechanism for all production processesPrepares various production/quality reports and ad-hoc market reports providing analysis, highlighting progress and relevant issues to be resolved.Educational Qualification & Experience-Qualified Chartered Accountant OR anyone who has Team Leader Experience in the related stream with accounting background.
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant)

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce)
