Full responsibility for both client and candidate management. You will be responsible for several clients in terms of managing,maintaining and developing all aspects of the relationship. Greater responsibility for junior team members as well as responsibilityfor reporting on and maintaining a regular income stream. Regular business development opportunities are leveraged with new andexisting clients.Key responsibilities include Personally generate monthly in revenue consistently Generate new business opportunities Lead and actively input to the tender management process for existing and potential clients Maintain performance against (weekly, monthly) Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecast Manage business pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgetary requirements Utilise cross divisional relationships & communication to develop cross selling opportunities Attend a minimum of four client meetings per month Recruit and be responsible for resourcesCore Competencies Ambitious Tenacious Charismatic Resilient Resourceful Influencing Hard Working Credible Flexible EntrepreneurialLevel of experience Extensive experience managing multiple IT recruitment clients with high volume recruitment needs.
