As a Project Quality Manager, the person is required to perform all the Quality and Process related tasks for the projects in CTResponsibilitiesUnderstand the requirements of QMS, Partner processes, standards, and specific project requirements to define the processDocument the required processTrain the teams and assist the teams in implementing the processFacilitate the team in implementing the ISO 9000, ISO 13485, ISO 27000, FDA and SPA practicesKeep track of changing QMS process, Standards update and partner processes and adjust the project process accordinglyReview the project artifactsInteract with different stakeholders like Project Managers, Project Teams, Central Quality Functions, Partner teams and Partner Quality and Process teamsFacilitate the teams in conducting Defect Prevention Activities and Root cause analysisConduct trainings in process and related topics.Conducting Internal Quality Audits, Quality gates Tracking, Technical Audits, and Configuration Audits.Perform Metrics Analysis with the project dataPerform regular project reporting and trackingCollaborate with segment and organization level quality managers, share and implement best practicesDesired Qualification and ExperienceB. Tech/BE (CS, Information Technology) /MCA from a reputed institute with excellent track recordMinimum 8-10 years experience in Quality Management as Project Quality Engineer or Project Quality ManagerKnowledge of SDLC and Software engineering processExperience in Software Development as a Developer/Tester/Project Manager/Test Manager would be an added advantageExperience in defining process and monitoring itExperience with Agile SCRUMExperience in working on ISO 13485 complianceFacilitated the teams in implementing IS0 27000 compliance.Experience in working on ISO 9000 (Certification in standards would be an added advantage but is not mandatory)Knowledge of FDA Standards for software developmentExperience in conducting audits.Experience in preparing the teams for facing internal and external auditsExperience in facilitating the team in implementing the CMMi/SPA practicesExperience in working on SAP Document Management System, Sharepoint, Minitab and TFS would be an added advantage Good command over English in written and spoken communication.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 8-10
