Manage workload through equal and efficient distribution.Ensure adherence to all operational targets i.e., NSS, SLA and internal qualityAnalyze the reasons for misses and ensure timely action. Perform detailed RCA with strong preventive controls.Ensure efficient internal controls through 4-eye check, SOX report, trainee performance review and issue log analysisRegular review with stakeholders with data.Must ensure zero escalation.Drive continuous improvement.Establish synergy across work streams which have direct upstream or downstream link to his/her primary work streamPeople Management Conflict management, internal assessments, leave planning (adherence to banks guidelines), Contain attrition and CoachingRegular performance review. Highlight to immediate Line Manager of any potential issues.Must understand Banking industry. Or thorough knowledge of KPO.You OfferCollaborate with Ops Manager / SME to review request trends and contribute to client service improvement projects (e.g., knowledge base content updates, training/education of end users, improved communications, etc.)People Management Conflict management, internal assessments, leave planning (adherence to banks guidelines), Contain attrition and CoachingMitigate any potential risks (Operational, Financial, and Reputational). Develop workforce to provide career path, keep attrition below target and generate high CSAT scoresEnsure efficient internal controls through 4-eye check, SOX report, trainee performance review and issue log analysisPost Graduate in Management, preferably HRExperience in shared services of Bank, Technology services or Hospitality servicesProven track record of managing operations inclusive of improvement projects
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
