Minimum 8+ years of current working experience in OSS/BSS domainShould have worked with design, development & support of Order Management, Configure Price Quote, CRM and cloud based BSS systemsMinimum 5+ years of working experience in any of the CRM systems Clarify, Salesforce, Netcracker or homegrown solutions Handling of workflows, order management, product catalogue and customer account hierarchiesActive exposure to cloud based BSS systems like Salesforce, Cloudsense, Amazon Cloud services, Amdocs cloud, etc.Experience across Residential and Enterprise Solutions B2C, B2B, SoHo, SME, LE Experience in Mobile Technologies, MVNO business models, triple play orders, bundling, promotions, campaignsWorking knowledge of cloud based CRM, CPQ systemsSecondary Skills required Database skills - Oracle, PL/SQLETL, OSB, SOA, BPEL skills Mentor and build technology teams for new technologies.ITIL processes, eTOM frameworks. Remarks Play a key role in understand and Capture Business/IT requirement and preparation of its documentation and review.Proactively monitor and manage risks and issues.Work with technical lead to setup priorities and delivery goals Provide direction to resources on capturing the high level requirements and functional specificationManage QA, UAT, regression testing and releases.Provide functional expertise in the requirement processSupport Delivery team in developing competency and drive the strategic systems roadmapWorking directly with architects, business engineers, and development teams globally.
