Leading and Mentoring the Developers/Senior Developers for project delivery including analysis, design, development, testing, etc. for multiple (Complex) projects, and for providing effort estimation for complex webMethods requirements involving new/latest features/functionalities, service improvements, resolution of complex issues.Responsible for the proof-of-concept activities, analysis, design and development, and testing work of integrations from given high level specifications.To provide effort estimate of webMethods requirements for multiple projects, from given high level design/specifications.Responsible for delivery in projects as per defined quality and agreed timelines for the projects.Take responsibility for owning a problem and finding a resolution to it to an agreed SLA.Managing all new integrations and ensuring their supportabilityMaintain configuration management and release managementRoot Cause Analysis accompanying documentation.Fully responsible for testing and deployment of the integrations including unit testing, system testing, and UAT.Ensuring creation and maintenance of relevant documentation such as release notes, bug reports, support guides to enable the integration to be supported smoothly.Responsible for maintenance of existing integrations, fixing known bugs and to make changes as required in projects.Must be highly customer focused and understand the customers service requirementsVery Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload, according to SLA s and defined deadlinesExperience of problem analysis and resolutionSelf-control under pressure, Able to work on own initiative, Used to independent and self-motivating working style.Ability to manage resources and workload in multiple projects effectively, Very Good Team Player, Liaise effectively with other teams where necessary.Flexible in approach, and prepared to assist other technical disciplines to resolve support issues.Very Good analysis skills and foresight / understanding of production Support issues.Ability to manage incidents to completion and appropriately document the incident for future reference and closure of the feedback loop to the consumer.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deal to work well in a multi-cultural environment.Willing to work extended India working hours close to EU working hours (as and when required).To share knowledge and mentor team members through knowledge sharing workshops for best practices, case studies, resolution of complex issues, etc.To anticipate changes required in current/new interfaces for reusability and performance improvement.The individual must be able to work on own initiative, and is responsible for setting procedures, documentation and guidelines for Integration team. The successful applicant will be able to deal with all levels of the business. Liaison with other technical teams will be required to resolve project/support issues and ensure a professional level of support to the user base.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
