The Digital Customer Experiences team within the Customer Relationship and Digital Experience (CRDX) IT division of Intel is focused on delivering global strategic capabilities that enable a seamless digital experience across the online customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager interested in delivering capabilities to enable Intel's online digital presence. This role is part of a dynamic and fun performing team that has a direct impact to Intel's growth strategy into new markets and new customers.Responsibilities will include -Discuss objectives, goals, and requirements with Business stakeholders and recommend options and technical solutions to address those requirements-Plan and manage technical projects to meet specific objectives or goals -Manage and track project scope, resources, schedule, budget, risk, quality, dependencies, stakeholders, and report on progress to leadership teams-Plan and coordinate software releases -Provide leadership to the project team and be their key interface with business stakeholders, management and other teams-Partner with other IT teams or Business stakeholders to accomplish business goals -Review work artifacts from project team and ensure they meet project goals. Review user and technical requirements and ensure completeness and clarity; Review and validate Solution Architecture and Design; Review test plans, user acceptance plans, and deployment plans.-Be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment -Coordinate with dependent engineering teams to engage resources and integrate dependencies into project plans-Assist the System Integrators with architecture decisions for implementations of our capabilities as needed -Provide support to technical vendor resources ( i.e. Creative Agencies, consultants, publishing teams, etc..);-Ensure project team delivers high quality products efficiently while taking advantage of industry best practices -Manage multiple application integration developments, infrastructure, and process projects simultaneously from beginning to end-Build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners and thoroughly understand their business processes -Be the escalation point when Support team is unable to solve production issues and help drive to closureQualificationsMinimum Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelors in Computer Sciences or related technical discipline with 6+ years of experienced in the following -Workflow automation and business process improvement-Web capabilities, development concepts, technologies, and programming languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, OO JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML5, CSS and other -Software Development-PMP and/or CSM(Scrum) Preferred Qualifications-Technical Project Manager experienced -Working experience with Agile specifically SCRUM is desired-Knowledge/experience of Adobe AEM is highly desired -Strong leadership, negotiating and stakeholder management, risk management, motivational and organizational skills required-Strong judgment skills working in a dynamic project environment where priorities may change frequently -Leading large cross-functional teams based in multiple geographic locations-Demonstrated ability to influence and develop productive working relationships with customers and dependent teams -Extreme drive and attention to detail-Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills -Vendor management and engagement
