Key Responsibilities includes 1) This role will have all the day to day responsibilities of a Technical Recruiter such as reviewing Job Descriptions, sourcing and reviewing of profiles, arranging interviews, preparing offers and management reporting on various hiring metrics. But the role will be unique from the following aspects of responsibilitiesa. Ensure top notch candidate experience during the hiring process, just as seamless and frictionless as using Visa for payments.f. Actions of this role helps to maintain such brand credibility and trust by the way Visa identify the talent and retain them.Job Description Partner with hiring managers for full-cycle recruiting efforts, including identifying capability and knowledge requirements, sourcing a diverse slate of candidates, establishing valid candidate assessment processes and facilitating the offer & onboarding process. Drive skills based sourcing efforts from various channels like job boards, ATS, employee referrals social networking which doesn t limit to active candidates also tap passive candidates. Develop plans to attract required skill sets that will ensure top talent is available to support Visa's objectives within in the business units Deliver results with limited supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates. Ensuring seamless execution of recruitment process and maintaining compliance to policy guidelines & SLA. Responsibilities includes implementation of sourcing strategies, organizing travel arrangements , reserving conference room and arrange all related logistics to ensure high quality interview experience . Promote and drive employee referral programs and recruitment branding . Independent thinking, unconventional recruiting & innovation should be the style of working. As a strategic partner to business provide market intelligence, key analysis on skills, job mapping and sourcing mix. Prepare and publish Scheduled dashboards & ad hoc reports to various stakeholders. Achieve exceptional levels of client and partner satisfaction, participate in branding Visa as a premium employer of choiceQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in- house Talent Acquisition team, preferably technology/product companies.Bachelor's degree, (Preferred Technical degree)Deep knowledge of technical sourcing and recruiting methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn & social networking.Experience recruiting across all areas of Technology including Infrastructure, Application Development, Testing, Information Security, Project Management and Operations.Handled High volume and niche skill hiring, demonstrated expertise in talent acquisitionOutstanding communication skills, ability to communicate to stake holders at all level. Team-orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work in "Startup culture", resilient & result oriented, learning ability are key expected attributes
