Job Details

Develop new strategies for customer retention activities.Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.Work with Sales Manager in implementing sales promotion activities.Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals.Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customers.Analyze customer feedbacks and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.Explain customers about new products, features and maximize the value that could be derived to the clientREQUIREMENTSPrior experience(1+) in digital marketing or customer supportEmpathy and unique ability to understand customer requirementsHungry to learn new technologies and to build new skillsHighly analytical thinkingExcellent in communication and strong relationship building expertiseSelfmotivated team player who has fresh ideas and thrives off of company success
