Job DescriptionUSA Voice Support inbound Interact with customer based out of US Troubleshooting Operating systems - Windows XP, Vista, Win 7,Win 8 Peripherals like Printer, Scanners & Multifunction Devices Diagnosing Computer for Virus & Spyware Removal Scan Answer/ Respond to incoming calls related to any Technical support for Windows issues. Technical Skills (Must) Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware Good working knowledge of the InternetResponsibilities-Advance troubleshooting skills for at least one of the following- Operating systems - Windows XP, Vista, Win 7,Win 8 Virus & Spyware Removal Peripherals like Printer, Scanners & Multifunction Devices Internet connectivity and networking issues Interact with customer based out of USA Listening to and understanding the customer's requirements/technical problems Solving technical problems Handle sales support calls Answer/ Respond to incoming calls related to any Technical support for Windows issues.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
