Role & Responsibilities Engineer should be specialized in enterprise gateway security products like IPS/IDS, Web Proxy, SIEM, e-Mail security, Network DLP etc. Troubleshoot Security product issues of high complexity by quickly isolating and resolving issues. Act as a Single point of contact for each Customer reported Incident (manage, troubleshoot, resolutions)Desired Skills 3-7 year of experience in Network Security domain. Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. Strong understanding of TCP/ IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL. Knowledge on OS Linux, Windows Server is mandatory. Knowledge on DB will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of handling network down situations - - this role will be handling S1/ S2 Service. Requests with limited supervision. Excellent verbal, written communication & Strong documentation skills. Ready to work on 24/7 support center. Preferred Certifications CCNA, CCSP, CEH, RHEL
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 3-7
