1. Should have strong knowledge of server 2008 20122. Familiar with window update & Patching management3. Knowledge of MSP tool4. Should know the backup technology like Symantec/Veeam/Acronis5. Knowledge of virtual technology like Esxi\Hyper-V6. Good Knowledge on Networking device like SonicWALL/Fortinet/Cisco7. Good Knowledge of Telephony system 8. Willingness to work in shifts9. Fluent English communication and email-writing skills10. Good time management skills and the ability to multitask11. Ability to operate at all levels within the organization12. Good Knowledge of reporting TASK/PROJECT/CALLJob Role1. Monitoring and Patching all the server2. Troubleshooting and Resolving query of Networking device & maintaining backup and report3. Ensure 100% up time of server4. Ensuring all the server Backup is in place and troubleshoot if required1. Handling and supporting query raised by Jr Engineer and guide them accordingly2. Reporting & maintaining Network diagrams and all the documentation of clients3. Willing to work at any stage in organization
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
