Description of ResponsibilitiesDeliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone systemProvide technical troubleshooting of BeWo field hardware and software over voice call and remote debugging softwareManage client expectation and deliver consistently high quality assistanceFollow standard processes and procedures in addressing the rural or semi-literate domestic customersIdentify and escalate priority issues to ensure customer problems are resolved at the earliestAccurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking softwareOffer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients businessDispatch field Hardware Technician to customer site when requiredQualificationsDiploma/DegreeMinimum 2 years of call centre experience in providing Technical SupportProper phone etiquetteAbility to speak and write clearly and accuratelyKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesEffective listening and comprehension skillsMulti-tasking capabilities and attention to detailLanguage Proficiency English, Hindi and Tamil (Kannada Optional)
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: Diploma-Other Diploma
