Provide Technical Support for a client, who is a Leader in Data Recovery and Backup software solutions for their Global English customers in a 24X7 environment.2.You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers globally, on issues such as Installation, Configuration, Licensing and administration related issues3.You must possess excellent Troubleshooting, and Customer Handling skills, and working knowledge about Operating Systems4.Excellent Troubleshooting and Customer handling skills are paramount, as you will be working with customers across the globe5.Ability to collaborate, and troubleshoot in a Linear and logical way6.Providing Support on licensing issues which are non-technical in nature
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science)
