Sales strategies - Develop effective and specific account plans forWorkforce Development Partners to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships with new and existing Students and leverage to drive strategy through organization.Trusted consultant - Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of students requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise). Builds a strong network and foundation so as to harvest future business opportunities.Students Insights - Actively understand student requirements, new technologies.Technology trends Showcase and highlight new technologies to College/University faculty and build mindshare for adoptionTerritory and Account Leadership - Lead designated territory, including partners, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Encourage all Partners to become ORACLE UNIVERSITY references.Business Planning - Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address students and prospects/priorities on Oracle education & courses. Manage product mix to suit the organizations long term view.Work closely with the Operations/Delivery team and ensure delivery of the programs on time and effectivelyDemand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity ManagementPipeline planning - Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.Pipeline partnerships - Leverage support organizations including Marketing, delivery & consulting, partners to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory.Leverage ORACLE UNIVERSITY Solutions - Be proficient in and bring all ORACLE UNIVERSITY offers to bear on sales pursuits that covers all Oracle solutionsAdvance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.Support all ORACLE UNIVERSITY promotions and events in the territory Sales ExcellenceMaintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (up sell and cross sell) on student base.Orchestrate resources deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales. Create One ORACLE UNIVERSITY.Utilize best practice sales models.Understand ORACLE UNIVERSITY's competition and effectively position solutions against them.Maintain CRM system with accurate Students and pipeline information.Strategic decision maker including proficiency in Planning and Analysis, act as a business partner with institutions/commercial partners for profitable growthWORK EXPERIENCEPost graduate with Marketing / Business management, 14+ years of experience in sales through education partner network. Demonstrated success with large Partners & transactions and lengthy sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market. Business level English Fluent/Regional language Business Level proficiencyDetailed Description and Job Requirements The primary focus of a Telesales Representative is to sell solutions / services to existing Oracle customers and to prospect for new customers in the assigned territory or vertical.As a Telesales Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business . Responsible for understanding Oracle*s product offerings and competitive issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams including field sales, support and education sales and sales consulting.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Seeks intervention from his/her manager on complex deals that fall outside of existing guidelines. 5 years of relevant experience. Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high level decision makers. Ability to work independently. Typically bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent.
