Coordinating with Sales Team for Achieving the annual sales target set for all the centers.Motivating the sales and center team for better performance.Managing & coordinating with the Sales Team (Center Manager, counselors, marketing team) to ensure that the performance and results are achieved as per the targets set.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Centers to achieve the assigned targets. QualificationsCandidate should have excellent command over managing Sales and Sales teamCandidate should have strong experience into sales (5 to 6yrs)Require Territory Manager for Harbour LineCandidates from Harbour Line preferred Co-ordination with various departments of Head Office for smooth functioning of the centers.Coordinating with the vendors.Maintaining quality of education and continuously take feedbacks of students for better results from faculties. Co-ordinate with the trainers and head trainer for quality improvement measures.To plan, execute & coordinating the outdoor/inhouse marketing, promotion and business development activities for growth of revenue at the centers and for the organization.Lead the team for participation in events and promotion activities for brand building and sales.Source and recruit sales team members for the centers to ensure achievement of targets.Performing all activities of sales and operations to achieve the assigned targets.Preparing sales and counseling/ followup pitch for all the products and train the sales team members for making their performance improve in terms of their conversions and way of handling the customers. Giving and taking regular demos and mocks of the sales team.Preparing presentations for corporate and institutional meetings as required by the organization for growth.
