Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides quality leadership for AROs internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, inclusive of strong problem solving skills, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.Achieves the Region s revenue and profitability quotas for AROs products as they are sold into all customer segments within territory. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to ARO s customers.Work independently to learn your customers' operations, understand their business needs and accordingly provide solutions.Efficiently manages the Territorys Service complaints, customer relationships and accordingly reports to the Regional Manager.Lead the sales and service teams including mentoring, managing performance and their career progression.Plan the Territory s sales and forecasting along with the Regional Manager.Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.Management/Supervisory ResponsibilitiesA team of Sales and Service EngineerCompetencies/Position RequirementsSupervisory or management experience, preferably of a sales staff.Working experience of Garage equipment industry, inverter/UPS industry, automobile industry or medical equipments industry.Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.Willing to travelExcellent planning and organizational skills, strong relationship management capabilityStrong oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to Customers.Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office ApplicationsMechanical reasoning ability and exhibited problem solving skills are used to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 4-5
