Position ProfileThis key individual will have a techno commercial background and should be experienced in driving Technology B2B sales to SME segment. S/He will have the experience of driving value-based sales to CXOs including COOs, CISOs, Heads of R&D, Chief Compliance Officers, and CIOs. The approach needed will be combination of consultative and solution implementation. This will need a contact base and the ability to engage with key decision makers at the CXO and CEO levels. Often the SME sector decision makers are the one who can make the best productive use of technology linked solutions offered by company what is needed is the capability & capacity to position a need for the technology solution backed by a presentation of the cost benefit factors in areas like CRM,HR management solutions , Sales Force Management etc.The role is high powered in the context that is key individual is a combination of a door opener and decision maker, though there will be adequate techno commercial backup available from the parent office at Pune. An existing track record of the SME segment in the geographical region is MUST to enable have an established customer base. Also an earlier record of technology product licence and / or solution sales in areas like ERP, CRM, HRMS or Sales force management would behelpful. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to fast track her/ his career and be part of a growing team that has strong corporate backup to establish the brand company in the region. Owing to the nature of the role, the independence offered and the ability to take high value decisions, this person will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with internal stake holders in the organisation and with the external customers.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
