Job Details

Responsible for the entire Retail Installation and Support Operation in the Region. Cross-functional coordination/relationship building for smooth execution of installation support.Hire, Lead, motivate, evaluate, and develop the employees to achieve established targets and goals. Carrying out Site audits across all other regions to evaluate the quality of installationsResponsible for Revenue Generation in the Region. Be the single point of contact with the team and the senior management through effective communication on key deliverables.Track and analyze team performance to identify gaps and implement corrective action required. Responsible for maintaining high values of Installation Lead Time (ILE), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Service Call Closure Index (SCI) and seeking feedback from senior engineers in case of any deviations with related departments.To undertake field visits and find solutions to installation related problems and convey the same to Senior engineers. Management of customer issues and provide timely responses to customer feedback.
