Should be able to manage and mentor the hardware team and deliver highquality solutions to end-users.Participate in the determination of sound technical strategies that supportcorporate objectives.Plan and implement technical support such that defined targets are achieved andresources are optimized.Perform cost/benefit analysis and make recommendations on the acquisition orenhancement of hardware, network and system software/layered product for theregional data center.Establish, communicate, monitor and enforce policies and standards regardingservice, scheduling, problem management, security, and data retention.Coordinate with users to ensure that optimum service is provided to thebusiness.Ensure orderly testing and implementation of new systems and changes to theoperating environment.Monitor hardware capacity and usage, make recommendations and negotiatecontract for equipment vendors.Ensure compliance to Organizational Information Technology ManagementPolicies and Standards.Strong technical knowledge in Platform products like Windows, MicrosoftExchange, VMWare, Hyper-V etc. specifically supporting a user base of 250 and above across multiple locations.At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Operating System and Security product administration (CISCO, Symantec, McAfee, RSA) and Basic knowledgeof Clustering and Storage and Backup.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 8-13
