Network with Mall developers and identify the right malls in right location for MG Be in continuous look out at opportunities in operational & upcoming mall areas Identify viable location in malls Network with property consultants & competition Finalize retail space in consultation with brands Identify alternatives and evaluate financial and other impact Partnered expansion to enhance capex savingForecasting future spaces in potential markets/Malls Study relevant markets to understand business potential Continuously monitor competition and market activities Map spaces as per current and forecasted requirements Maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential market placesTo ensure adherence to systems and processes Establish processes and systems and regularly monitor them.Team Management Set KRA s for team members, conduct periodic reviews of performance and provide feedback Assess skill-gaps, coach team members and ensure adequate training is provided for in line with needs Identify non-performers in the team and work out performance improvement plan in consultation with HR Establish reward/ incentive schemes for team members and significantly distinguish `top performers from others
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
