Primary Responsibilities Support the planning, implementation and maintenance of Global learning and development programs (classroom, virtual instructor-led and web-based trainings. Manage and monitor training programs and participation on the Learning Management System this would also include setting up new trainings, enrolling participants and processing cancellations and charge-backs. Initiate and Managed CSOD enrollment Contact vendor to find out instructor availability and their room setup preference Reserve the rooms that will be used for the trainings and update room setup o Release rooms on hold that will not be used Follow up with vendor for training materials Day before training, contact the buildings lobby to create a guest pass for the instructor Mail training materials and sign in sheet to room Cancel Training with vendor if training enrollment is lowo Cancel room reservationo Reschedule training with vendor if needed Collect sign in sheets and credit the development plans of the attendees in CSOD Creating feedback survey links Generating feedback reports to session facilitators Support and maintain Learning Portals and internal training inventories Represent on Global Operations Training CommitteeSkills required (essential) Highly committed and self-motivated Excellent communication skills Initiative Well organized with High regard for attention to detail and accuracy Strong client/customer service orientation Able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines Expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing is critical Professionalism Decisiveness Good knowledge of MS-Office Graduate in any discipline
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
