Requirement They need Training coordinator who are good in Excel and Power point. The person will be responsible for Backend Side Training coordination, Calendar booking, Meeting room booking.DescriptionThis position will report to a senior member in Mumbai IT Training team and be responsible for communication and coordination of all aspects of technology training courses ,internal and external within the Asia Pacific region.Responsibilities Technology Training Coordination .Coordinate & schedule trainings with vendors / trainers. . Facilitate ad-hoc training requests from internal users . Track training enrollment status, send course reminders, generate and email rosters .Handle training room bookings, Live Meetings and set-up conference calls. . Evaluation set-up / administration and generate reports. New hire training coordination and administration. Manage vendor/consultant schedules and invoices.Create a monthly charge-back report to IT Finance & UTT Asia Managers . Create training reports for management review . Update IT Training Website using SharePoint technology .Work with counterparts in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Mumbai to coordinate training rollout Training Room Management .Room maintenance.Hardware/software point person. Coordinate with staff and vendors on use of the training rooms. Coordinate with Helpdesk to maintain training room equipment in ready state. Coordinate with IT staff on installation of applications for training purposes.Core Competencies Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing) , PC skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint . Strong communication skills (listening and presentation) ,Pro-active, take initiative ,Reliability & good team player .Confidence in approaching remote parties by telephone and video conferencing
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
