Job Description-Plan ,develop and implementation of Training -Responsible for managing Training department functions and fulfilling its requirement-Create, develop and document training manuals, modules and SOP -Research and develop new training methodologies and technique to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs-Develop orientation sessions -Identification of trainers required for conduction of different trainings-Conduct and supervise training programs for different modules as and when required based on both organisation's and individual's needs -Analyzes employee performance problems, determines training needs and implement solutions-Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with HOD s to make improvements and corrective action.-Evaluate trainer performance with the effectiveness of training programs and solution for improvement. -Review trainings and update the modules as per requirement-Ensure quality and accuracy of all training deliverables. Training Budget-Identify the Training Budget as per plan -Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets as assess the return on investment of all training or development programme.-Data Management -Generate monthly, quarterly, annual reports of the department-Excellent presentation skills. -A sound knowledge and understanding of education and training sector-Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm and passion with the ability to inspire others -Ability to accommodate different learning styles and engage the audience-Ability to train and coach various levels of employees -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines-Excellent written and oral communication skills required -Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills-Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Ability to work independently-Flexible, self-directed problem solver, creative, resourceful, and team oriented -Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectsEducational Qualification and Experience -Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in training & development and equivalent work experience (Science preferred)-At least three years training & development experience in Education industry. -Additional ability of the person is if the person is good in science and has insight of franchisee system.-Have prior experience of training on soft skills, personality development, time management, sales & marketing, customer relationships, business communication ,e-mail etiquettes and Microsoft office etc.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
