A Single Point of Contact (SPOC)to drive required competencies on Brand (values delivery) for Product knowledge & Sales engagement. Responsible for ensuring that the sales and service work force focuses on CONSUMER SATISFACTIONin their engagement and service delivery respectively. Delivery of engagement to be in consonance with the brand values.Develop a learning management system (LMS) with curated content to continuously monitor knowledge and capability.Create aspiration to work bycreating modules and opportunities for ongoing development leading to career progression.Desired ProfileMinimum 12 years in training and development in retail (preferable)- consumer durables / automotive industrywith broad business perspective required.Ability to influence people/ stakeholders and the capacity to find alternatives and solutions as well as identify problems. Exceptional communication, relationship management and people leadership skills.Well-rounded Learning specialist, withexposure to functional and behavioural programmes; Has worked and managed vendors for the same
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
