Job SummaryThe Transaction Support Team is responsible for processing all repair and installation services received from our Authorized Service Providers (ASP). Transaction Associate will work within the Oracle Service Request system to accurately generate purchase orders by verifying ASP documents. The team will also enter customer charges accurately to ensure all revenue is properly accounted and book the non-warranties order. Transaction team will also communicate to ASP any issues found on repair or installation logs and request correction in a timely manner from the ASP. Transaction team will communicate to the team Supervisor for any errors generated on purchase orders for correction. Transaction team monitors the ASP s van-stock replenishment request and verifies the task(s) provided to replenish spare part. If it is correct then processes the replenishment spare order for the ASP.The RMA group is responsible for processing orders for defective unit to be replaced. It coordinates with technical support and RMA fulfillment ops to ensure the correct unit is replaced and shipped to the customer timely. FLCA-RMA also ensures that customers are charged back for not returning the unit within 45 day time limit for the orders processed as In warrantyMeasures of SuccessMonthly Process Compliance ScorecardMonthly Process Audit CalibrationSkills & Experience RequiredExperience in generating purchase ordersExperience in Billing Customer on non-warranty chargesExperience in managing return goodsExperience in CRM [Oracle / Sales force]
