This role will manage the Hyderabad & Vizag Employee transport services, and will be responsible for providing operational efficiencies and driving cost effectiveness within this area. This individual will own the relationships with the Business and merge business requirements with strategic objectives. This role will report to the South Regional Transport Leader functionally.What youll do1. Support the Regional Operations Leader in execution of the Employee Transport policy in line with Country and World wide(WW) direction to ensure effective delivery of services and also meet future requirements.2. Manage day-to-day Employee Transport operations at a functional level for Hyderabad & remotely for Vizag.3. Build strong working relationships, and proactively engage with internal stakeholders to enhance operational objectives and efficiency.4. Client focus, managing and exceeding expectations by continuously enhancing service levels.5. Contribute in refining processes, formulation of standard operating procedures and carry out periodic assessment, review and propose improvements.6. Support Regional Leader in Risk management and control through audits, compliance and other governance initiatives in conjunction with Compliance team.7. Budgeting & Forecasting , expense management and financial due diligence for Hyderabad & Vizag.8. Ensure commercial effectiveness by optimizing resources, reducing wastage, cost avoidance and ensuring correct billings.9. Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
