Job DescriptionHandling corporate group requests and making outbound tele-sales calls to sell company services towards Leisure / MICE eventsBuild and Maintain relationship with suppliers as their preferred sales partner Maintain customer relationship by collecting feedback and responding to repeat requestsMeet or exceed targets on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis focussed on aggressive m-o-m growth in the vertical Key Functions & Roles of the CandidateHandling inbound requests to understand the client's offsite requirements in detail (including specific requests for customization)Qualify leads based on priority and respond to them with the right level of urgency.Provide suitable options in a customized proposal based on a thorough understanding of the client's requirements and available options. Clearly and effectively communicate the Company's services and value proposition to prospectsStreamline and manage all requests as per the suggested process - from payments, bills processing to feedback collectionGive periodical reports and proactively discuss all sales activities on a daily basis with supervising managerUpdate the sales dashboard, maintain detailed records, adhere to processes and follow best practices laid by company Specific Skill Set Able to build relationships with customers. Having a professional and direct telephone manner.Having a clear voice and a excellent telephone manner. Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.Excellent spelling and grammar and a flexible hard working attitudeExcellent listening and verbal communication skills.Preparing beforehand answers and responses to customer objections.
