Scope of the roleGround research on consumer trends in the Indian fashion accessory/ lifestyle market as well as influential International brands & upcoming customer preferences for identifying opportunities of innovations for companyAbility to relate to different work fields and cross-cultural communication Team work open communicative personality with multiple interests, transparent & cooperative team player, excellent networking capability Good Communication & Computer skills, high affinity towards social media research Innovation Mgt Sensitivity towards fast changing consumer trends as well as long-term social changes Very articulate & research bend of mind4.The right personIndustrial design/ Post-graduate in design management, preferably with interest / exposure to National as well as International lifestyle market, 3-5 years work experience Commercial success of new designs & cost benefit Design, prototyping & consumer feedback on trial lines Helping to create future roads for commercial success & elevate brand image Quality & significance of proposals in terms of innovative directions, as well as back-up of design briefings3. Key Deliverables No . of detailed & relevant research results Closely working with Customer loyalty department, Merchandising, Design- and NPI team. Sound understanding of social background Close understanding of Indian consumer behavior and retail experience, working with consumer groups2. Job ProfileCollecting & summarizing National and International research data for trend briefings under the guidance of Head of Innovation Project management for trial lines Research on new requirements due to changing lifestyle of existing customers, as well as potential new consumer groups
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
