Job DescriptionOperational tasks1. Lead the Business Unit by means of managing all operational tasks as well as external and internal relationships (i.e local regulators, external and internal auditors, CST and CS central services/functions)2. Be conversant with daily business processes and related activities performed by local teams and get involved as defined by a process, i.e. on approver level3. Provide advice regarding accounting related matters to the team and support further development of Trust Accounting methods and standards as a member of Trust Accounting Committee4. Seize opportunities and lead transformation / change initiatives for the business unit or part of it5. Act as escalation contact point in operational and stakeholder related issues, i.e. with central functions, internal clients6. Regularly challenge the status quo of the operations and contribute to changing & improving existing approaches in close agreement and cooperation with stakeholders7. Manage towards budget achievement with regards to KPIs, KRIs, costs and FTEsLeadership tasks1. Lead multifunctional teams with focus on Trust Accounting and be responsible for the full operations of the teams2. Run and ensure compliance with the CS(T) HR processes referring to, i.e., performance, talent development, promotions, and compensation3. Represent the teams towards all local / international stakeholders4. Manage Employees, Line Managements & Clients objectives & expectations5. Ensure all staff members are treated equally and fairly Desired Candidate ProfileEducation1. Higher Degree in General Management with solid Accounting Background or Chartered accountant with further education in General Management2. Work Experience3. Proven track record in managing a large organisation ideally with the financial industry4. Comprehensive experience in project management (i.e. change-, transformation projects)5. Working experience of 10 -15 years of which at least 5 years as senior managerBusiness Skills1. Strong Leadership & coaching skills2. Ability to follow a structured problem solving process and ability to implement elaborated solutions3. Strong project management skills4. Ability to timely and reliably deliver high quality results5. High degree of self motivation & willingness to perform6. Strong analytical & communication skills7. Very good computer application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook; Microsoft Navision would be an asset)8. Strong command of English in spoken and written form
