Role & Responsibilities ? Technical Support Engineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products/Tools. ? Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts. ? Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as Cisco field team. ? Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new technologies. ? Need to be flexible with work timings (day shift). Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications BE/BTech/MCA/MSc; 2-4 years? experience. Desired Skills (Preferred / Nice To Have) Mandatory ? Unix / Linux Administration ? CCNA Networking Knowledge ? Good Communication Skills ? Written & Oral Good to have ? Scripting Knowledge Desired Candidate Unix / Linux Administration Good Communication Skills ? Written & Oral
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 2-4
