Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProcessing StandardEnsure process delivery as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintained.Interact with client on a daily basis to understand their requirementEnsure team meets required productivity targetsAddress client escalations / issues. Build excellent rapport with clientConduct regularly meeting / discussion with clientRisk and ControlEnsure team adheres to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and proceduresPrepare for audit and take necessary actions for clean audit resultsPeriodic review of process to identify inherent risk and develop suitable control method/activitiesMigration and Project ManagementLead new/ongoing projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks internal and externalEnsure development of training database, training materials, and trackers for the migrationEnsure trainings are scheduled and conducted for new staffs. Ensure training and parallel run are well planned and executed without impact on delivery.Revenue and Cost ManagementIdentify and execute process improvements and cost reduction initiativesTeam ManagementEnsure the team provides the best productivity to meet SLA targetsMotivate the team towards the business objectiveMaintain teams performance metrics to track defects, productivityEnsure back-ups are created within and across the team through cross functional projectsKey DeliverablesEmpower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, goal accomplishment and related projects. Establish and maintain relevant controls to monitor and strengthen the existing processes.Maintain transparency in communication & appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and regular interpersonal communication. Qualifications RequiredEducation Bachelor s degree OR Post Graduate (preferably Finance)ExperienceBachelors degree 7-8 years of experience in Trade Operations/ ServicesPost Graduate (preferably Finance) 4+ years of experience (Trade Operations/ Services)Ability to execute and exceed both internal and customer expectations in a team-oriented Operations environmentAbility to work as a team with offsite partnersConsistent ability to identify process improvement and implement quickly and accuratelyStrong attention to detail is required to ensure the data privacy of our client informationStrong team management skillsStrong client management / relationship management skillsOthersClear Oral and Written CommunicationGood Knowledge in Excel and PowerPointPreferredExperience Previous experience in handling Supply Chain Finance, Receivable Finance would be an added advantageCompetenciesWell versed with UCP, ISBP, URR, Trade Services Products, and Trade Finance ProductsInformation must be expressed coherently and accurately to key people in a timely mannerConfidence, self-motivation and plenty of initiativeStrong sense of ownership and accountability for workAbility to build working relationships with stakeholdersGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in team environmentEnthusiasm and strong desire to work in operations Certification CDCS certificationSkillsCore Skills
