Role and ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesTeam Management roleRisk and ControlRevenue and Cost managementMigration and Project managementDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProcessing StandardProcessing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures.Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintainedUnderstand customer requirementsMeet required productivity metrics set for the teamEnsure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raisedClient escalations / Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriatelyRisk and ControlAdhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and proceduresAssist unit for audit preparation and necessary actions for clean audit resultsMigration and Project ManagementSupport/participate in new/ongoing projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks internal and externalAssist in developing and maintaining training database, training materials, and trackers for the migrationSupport training for new staffEnsure training and parallel run are well planned and executed without impact on deliveryParticipate in cross functional projects at unit levelRevenue and Cost ManagementGive suggestions or participate in process improvements and cost improvement initiativesTeam ManagementEnsure the team provides the best productivity to meet SLA targetsMotivate the team towards the business objectiveMaintain teams performance metrics to track defects, productivity. Key DeliverablesEnsure the team provides the best productivity to meet SLA targetsProcessing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures.Client escalations / Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately Qualifications QualificationsEducationBachelor Degree (commerce/science stream preferred)Master Degree (preferably Finance)ExperienceBachelor Degree - Min 6+ years in Trade Services / Trade FinanceMaster Degree (preferably Finance) 3+ years of experience (Trade Operations/ Services).CertificationsCDCS Certification (Preferred)Core SkillsAbility to execute and exceed both internal and customer expectations in a team-oriented Operations environmentAbility to work as a team with offsite partners.Consistent ability to adapt to process changes quickly and accurately.Strong attention to detail is required to ensure the data privacy of our client informationStrong team management skillsGood knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URR, Trade Services Products, Trade Finance Products.Experience of leading successful teamsCompetencies(Preferred)Information must be expressed coherently and accurately to key people in a timely mannerConfidence, self-motivation and plenty of initiativeStrong sense of ownership and accountability for workAbility to build working relationships with stakeholdersGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in team environmentEnthusiasm and strong desire to work in operations
