Playing an integral role in theHR Service Centre for SAEAO, you will responsible for executing the long-term strategy and operational relationship with select universities in your region. Responsibilities40% - Manage and promote relationship-building events and tasks with regional universitiesAct as single point of contact with universitiesParticipate in university-invited lectures and club events.Participate in university-lead networking activities with other companiesDetermine and manage training courses delivered by Tetra Pak to universitiesLiaise with university and business to determine event scheduleSet and manage company budget for eventVendor selection and contracting for servicePrepare and manage remote team if university not located near HRSCPost event follow-up (benchmarking and review) with university and businessAct as point of contact for FTPM for university relations support20% - Manage Career Fair participationRegistration to eventProvide marketing material to universitySecure and organize internal resources to represent companyPrepare and lead remote team if university not located near HRSCPost event follow-up with university and businessDevelop yearly communication plan describing all channels, align with central communications and HR CoEManage social media communication, e.g. Facebook and LinkedinExplore new channels and initiatives, based on latest trends, to promote EVPAdapt and keep up to date communication materialManage and administer sponsorship in accordance with long-term company marketing strategyManage the annual sponsorship budgetProject and job posting to universitiesAssist recruitment team in selection assessmentManage incoming internship requests20% - Create and promote branding communication based on the Central Communications EVP (Employee Branding Proposition) to universities and manage graduate media10% - Manage university sponsorship10% - Manage internship and graduate research/project activities conducted at companyQualifications Education and Experience Degree in Human Resources preferred or a general discipline. Strong knowledge of university and graduate employment trends. 2 years of relevant working experience in with university recruitment, employee branding and university event planning. Knowledge of social media technology, trends, usage and impact would be advantageous.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
