One of our reputed client company belongs to IT Industryhaving urgent opening for the post of Accountmanager Sales having details as belowDesignation Account manager Sales Gender Male/FemaleExperience 2 - 4 YrsSalary Range Negotiable (Depend upon current/last ctc) LocationMumbai(Goregoan E) No of Requirement 1Education Post Graduate /Graduate Job Description Identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities withinnamed accounts, enhancing the relationship; presenting to all levels of the organization includingexecutive level and preparing formal proposals; leading negotiations, coordinating complexdecision making process and overcoming objectives to closure. Ultimately, ensuring thecustomers know how we can provide value and solutions with our products and services. Account relationship management. Facilitating executive-level relationships betweenthe customer, Vendor and partners; facilitating communication on strategic and tactical issues;maintaining continuity where needed; identifying long and short-term opportunities to addressthe customers business needs and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats. Develop and deliver sales presentation and close sales in a professional and effectivemanner. This includes but not limited to, developing technical presentation & workshops;maintain up to date awareness of activities, industry trends & government regulations; makingregular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads; acting to close deals &finalize contacts; meeting/exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals. Effectively communicate Vendors technical value and solution. Must understandorganizations business needs and able to communicate Vendor s value added solutions to thoseneeds. Research customer needs and develop application of products and services in aneffective manner. This may include but not limited to, determining market strategies & goals foreach product and service; understanding the strategies, goals and objectives of your namedaccounts; research and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; follow up onleads and developing leads; maintain an understanding of industry trends and technicaldevelopments that effect target markets; working closely with sales support staff (inside salesaccount manager, SE, Managers) to establish a communication path with the customer / Partnerto ensure sales opportunities for products and services. Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner. This includes butnot limited to, researching, developing & maintaining long & short range sales & marketingplans; Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner withall levels of staff, customers and partners. This includes but not limited to, communicatingopenly, honestly & constructively; treating all employees, customers and partners with dignity,respect and courtesy; taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolvecommunication, trust and respect concerns and problemsCriteria 2+ years of experience selling Infrastructure for Backup Solutions ( Selling ofserver/Storage of IBM, HP, Dell, EMC) / Networking solutions to both large and smallenterprise companies directly. Demonstrated success in building an account base in a territory and exceeding salesquotas Deep knowledge and understanding of the technology sales process Knowledge of the IT Industry.
