Dear Candidates,We have an urgent requirement for Team Leader Operations in International BPO based in Surat Location.To apply for this job kindly contact us on below number7043338731Send your resume at sipcandidate3@gmail.comLocation SuratAcademic - Graduate in any streamSalary- 2.5 L to 3 LExperience Required 2+ years in Team leadingRoles Major Responsibilities To manage a team of 20+ agents working towards pre-defined targets Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets Identify relevant training needs of agents & ensure effective implementation, Effectively manage shift operations, Interface with IT/HR/ Training/Quality, Drive Internal & External performance metrics Conduct regular review for their respective span Ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate agents in a high-pressure Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of agents including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements Responsible for supporting, coaching, developing, and supervising a team of agents/associates Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ( KPIs) and financial expectations Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated client issues as needed Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in related field with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and web usage Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion Should be able to handle the team of 20-25 agents. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable Ability to conduct training, appraisal reviews and employee interaction. Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees Should know all the KRAs / SLAs / Metrics.
