Please visit our site at What you will be doingResponsible for the full life-cycle recruitment functions and requirements for the positions.Draft advertisement matters, source and screen the profiles received through different sources. Update the candidate database regularly with all the required details and prepare various kinds of recruitment / hiring reports.Conduct the preliminary round of interview of the candidates and judge the candidates capabilities as per requirement parameters. Coordinate and schedule the telephonic / F2F round of interviews with the candidatesunderstand the requirements, mapping the relevant targets, clarifying recruitment needs and share details with the team membersDevelop effective interpersonal and interdepartmental relationship skillsCoordinate and implement recruitment initiativesWork with managers on recruitment planning requirements.Create job descriptions based on the requirementsConduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationCreate a pool of qualified candidatesResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidatesNetwork through industry contacts, Association Memberships, Social Networking and employeesInteract with the interview panel members and update them on the interview schedules and feedbacksInteract with VendorsAssist with admin related tasksAssist with employment engagement activities.About your experience1 to 2 years of experience in IT / Non IT recruitmentExcellent (verbal and written) communicationIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsComprehensive knowledge on the use of job portalsEducationBachelor's / Master's degree (in any stream)MBA HR will be an addition benefitAdditional SkillsStrong communications skills, both written and verbal.
