Ensure that the agents are engaged, motivated and productiveby forging a strong relationship. Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated andproductive. Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the agent s incomeexceed benchmark. Drive the R&R schemes floated by HO, ZO and branch. Support the business agents in liaison with the HO foraddressing their requirements/ concerns. Being fully compliant to all the norms laid down by theregulators and the company. Manage channel conflicts in the team. To achieve product wise targets & profitability. Understand the Agent s business in depth and seekopportunities for business development and revenuegeneration.b. Team Building Goal setting of all Agents in their team. Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of allthe Relationship they are managing to ensure that they are ontrack to achieve their goals. Regular Field observation and Demonstration with the agencyforce. Regularly visit there agents in their home and offices.AccountabilitiesBusiness Targets Exceed the business plan for the team on all key parameters.Resource Management Recruit and retain the agency force.Compliance Adherence to all compliance requirements.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board Preferably Graduate DegreeExperience 24 30 yrs 2 + years of work experience Target Sectors Insurance, BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, FMCG;Good communication skills and prior experience in managing ateamCompetenciesAnalytical Skills Designing Sales Strategies to achieve the business goals.
