Please visit our site at What you will be doingInternal and external work collaboration with cross functional teamMaintain contact lists of vendorsProduce and distribute letters, documents, memo and other official documents when requiredAssist in preparation and maintenance of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain an efficient filing systemMaintain and manager office suppliesManage travel needsSubmit and reconcile office expense reportsFile all paper recordsScan and file all HR, Legal and Finance Documents in SharePoint, OneDrive.Archive all company related documents on a world-wide basisTack all document like SOW, contracts, etc.Managing data, MIS (weekly and monthly)Administration related work as and when requiredMaintenance of Office library, including Cataloging, distribution, and record keepingAssuring office is stocked with necessary requirements for functioningAssist visitors, client on visit.Assist with all other office administrative duties.Perform secretarial tasks for instance preparing invoices and bank deposits.Sort, process and authenticate applications, receipts, expenditures, forms and extra documents.Assist with space management, office moves, special projects as requested and other administrative tasks as needed.Will be required to manage calendars; phone calls; coordinate travel; process expense reports, invoices and POs (purchase orders);About your experienceProven admin or assistant experienceKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishIntermediate in MS OfficeRequired EducationBachelor's degree and additional certification onReports to WW Manager - Operations
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
