Job ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and growth of your own client base by marketing our respective staffing services to target businesses. The Staffing Sales Representative will also provide ongoing rapport and excellent customer service to existing clients. The primary channel for building saleswill be over the phone via cold calling and prospecting potential customers to identify decision makers and begin the sales process.Maintain and grow database of customers and prospects.Support marketing efforts with sales presentations, demonstrations and other sales actions.The ability to capture a decision maker s interest and to overcome objections is critical to success in this role.Flexible working hours - should be open to workin early morning, evening or night shifts to cover various time zones in the US and other countries.Educational BackgroundHigh School Diploma from English MediumDiploma or Bachelors Degree from accredited UniversityWork History3-6+ years Sales/BD- Staffing experience in US staffing industry.Proven record of sales excellence, with consistent achievement of assigned objectives and quotasStrong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel and Dynamics CRM.Personal AttributesMust be highly motivated, determined, and goal-orientedMust be well organized and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Must be team playerExcellent communication in Business English oral, written, and presentation skills.Excellent networking, documentation, database management and negotiation skills.Plan and implement effective sales/business development strategy for new client development and account management of existing clients.Sound understanding of technical aspect of job requirements. Good understanding of job functions and good conceptual understanding of latest market strategies.Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that helps Sales/BD team to focus on maximizing performanceWork with sales leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creationQualification RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
