Accomplish the objective of successfully onboarding the contingent workforce Review the information provided by the recruitingteam and initiate onboarding contractors through the online onboarding tool Provide and obtain new hire paperwork including the necessary company and client specific documents, review company policies with the new hire, gather appropriate payroll information, and take care of all compliance related matters Contact and follow up with contractors in a timely manner and in doing so showcase the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Execute quality onboarding operations by resolving customer service issues and coordinate all items by performing the due diligence Perform quality check to ensure the personnel file is accurately completed in a timely and compliant manner Ensure all onboarding content is current and updated on the onboarding tool as well as the related spreadsheets Responsible for HR related tasks such as completing forms, reports, logs and maintaining records and other as required Advise all the stakeholders on the status and any potential HR issues or delays throughout the onboarding process Ensure highest level of confidentiality and discretion while maintaining a high level of professionalism Perform high volume of work in a timely manner without compromising on quality, compliance and completion Assist in the development of HR procedures and policies and the required documentation Meet service level agreements of the function and deliver as expected Take care of HR Operations related tasks as neededRequirements Detailed, well organized, process oriented Confident, self-motivated, driven and energetic Excellent written and verbal communication with high level of customer service and professional phone manners Ability to work in fast paced office environment, manage and deliver high volume of work under tight deadlines Ability to shift back and forth between multiple tasks/ projects without losing composure and compromising on productivity Must be able to prioritize in an autonomous and timely manner while maintaining attention to details with minimal supervision and direction Highly cultivated interpersonal skills and maturity with proven ability to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels Team player who is highly service oriented, independent, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure and collaborate effectively with others Ability to comprehend and explain company policies/ procedures and complex organizational structure and dynamics Ability to plan and initiate steps for continuous improvement
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
