Job DescriptionThe Responsibilities of the Vice President Sales & Marketing include Develops and executes comprehensive Product Strategy and Marketing StrategyDevelops and executes comprehensive customer/channel plans and programs to support the corporate revenue, expense, and income objectives.Manages and Directs Sales & Marketing team.Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and objectives.Reviews achievements and required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and market conditions.Develops and fosters senior level relationships with our customers by meeting regularly with clients and assisting the account manager when needed with program negotiations.Builds out customer centric / focused teams.Reviews periodic sales reports showing existing sales volume, potential sales volumes, and areas of proposed client base expansion and presents pertinent information to the Executive Team.Coordinates at the highest level corporate plans with fellow executives that will support hitting the customer and company objectivesRepresents the company at trade association meetings as requiredAnalyzes and controls expenditures of division to meet budgetary requirements.Mentor, motivate and counsel the team in matters of sales and marketingStrong Competence in - Business Strategy - Business Planning - Driving Sales - Product P&L - Knowledge of Costing - MarketingDesired Candidate ProfileThe candidates should be Engineers and Management graduates in Marketing from Premium Institutes with to 20-30 years of Experience in Consumer Durables, Electronics Home Appliance Products or FMCGExcellent commercial and business experienceAbility to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision makingExcellent people skillsExposure to Organization TransformationProven Experience in handling a massive Sales TeamsGood academic background is a must and will be a distinct advantage.Should be in the age group 35 years to 48 Years.Leading Business, Leading Sales, Business presentation and Advance Excel is mandatory.Communication and Analytical skills is a mustEducation UG - B.Tech, EngineeringPG - Management Specialising in Marketing
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 20-25
