Responsibilities Following are key responsibilities for this available position Provide primary support to LOB s in managing their recruitment process & current contractor populationo Compile an accurate and comprehensive job descriptiono Engage preferred suppliers on nature of role via the Beeline systemo Obtain and present suitable candidates for interviewo Work with LOBs to prepare requirement forecasto Create resource pipeline with vendorso Rate negotiation and volume pricingo Arrange interviews & provide feedbacko Communicate offer details and ensure all pre-screening/vetting processes are completed to JPMC standardo Provide meaningful MIS to LOB s and various other parts of the JPMC business Ensure the timely completion of contractor renewal authorisations Regional and Global stakeholder management Mangaing regional regulatory Complianceo Manging Labour Inspection and onsite auditso Front ending auditor realtionshipo Handling monthly CLRA auditso Ensuring consistent compliant scores across all CWP vendorso Handling Ministry of Manpower responsibilities for SG , HK and China Working with regional HR team foro Developing FTC policieso Performing annual salary benchmarkingo Developing Standarized benefits for FTCs Working alongside Accounts Payable teamso For provinding year end provisionso No dues certificateso Invoicing payout clarifications Driving Vendor Governance and publishing score cards SLA and KPI reporting to evaluate vendor performance Representing CWP in the Global Technology Forum Being a part of the India Vendor Governance Forum Driving regional Key initiativeso Vendor audito Headcount tracking and classificationo Resiliency planningo Contingent worker data updating Provide key recruitment and sourcing advice to LOBs on resource provision with an emphasis on delivering bottom-line financial savings and/or risk minimisation. Maintain necessary sourcing system data, metrics and spend analytics in support of departmental reporting and policy and procedure requirements. Contribute to the management of preferred suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing, delivery and service consistency across the firm s Lines of Business. Work in partnership with globalCWPcolleagues to develop and implement sourcing strategies that achieve one-time or annual reductions in spend while maintaining/improving customer service Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism in behavior and performance with client organizations, CWP/GSS staff and other bank areas Continually develop subject-matter-expertise inCWPdepartment specialty. Remain current on competition, pricing trends, job market information, regulatory issues and industry practices Working with Sorucing groups to release RFI and manage RFP responses Driving RFP scoring and evaluation process Selection of appropriate MSP partners Manging MSP Operations and governanceBusiness QualificationsShould have expertise s of cross country Stakeholder managementIn-depth understanding of APAC Regional and Regulatory ComplianceExperience of RFP response qualification and vendor selection processExperienced people managerIn-house recruitment experience including but not limited to the management of a diverse group of suppliersAn understanding of strategic sourcing, with demonstrated, quantified examples of cost-effective resourcing/recruitment strategies put into practiceExpertise in managing technology-based requirements (i.e. application development services, outsourcing services, QA/Testing services, Infrastructure Services, etc.).Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing-related projects simultaneously that are of medium to high complexity.Experience in working with Services Procurement technology (Beeline, or equivalent)Strong supplier management/negotiation skills.Demonstrable capability to solve complex problems.Proven client management and influencing skills.Strong analytical skills.Personal QualificationsInterpersonal Effectiveness and TeamworkCustomer FocusAttention to DetailDrive for Quality and ResultsEthics, Integrity and Character
