Define, Design and implement Creative Visual Merchandising StrategiesVM related activities in all company stores. Handle over 30 store outlets across the countryCreate appealing and Eye-catching displays for overall look of storefront windows, sales floor and displays that lead the customer through the entire storeEnsure that all visual merchandising tasks are performed according to Organizations Retail Strategy & Plan.ResponsibilitiesIn charge of creating attractive visual displays in all stores / retail outlets to capture buyer attention and increase sales.Use creativity to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters and in-store displays.Finalizing the design and creating detailed floor plans including artwork development and VM Display planogramFollowing this design process, sourcing the necessary props, materials and accessories required to bring the designs to life.Prepare VM calendar for the year based on marketing/merchandising/retail activities.Update store fixtures, layouts and designs to make sure each and every store has the right visual impact.Co ordination with vendors for timely delivery & quality worksMonitor VM dispatches, it s proper installation at store level & ensure the Merchandise Display at stores.Installation of window display and store VM as per standard of the Brands and implementation of window, in store promotions, ad campaigns and any other VM related work.Ensure the VM checklist is maintained and adhered toAudit stores according to the VM guidelines on regular basisVM training to store staff on regular basisOverseeing all visual merchandising in outlets and providing support to store management.Work with the store teams to present the products and windows in a clean, visually appealing and commercial way.Keeping track of new VM developments in the market.Desired Candidate ProfileDegree in Visual Design, Merchandising or equivalent with a Fashion background.Minimum 6 years Visual Merchandising experience and at least 3 years experience as a Visual Merchandise Manager of Fashion Products in a Corporate Visual Merchandising environment.Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of graphic design programs a plus.High level of creativity. Must be able to communicate, sketch, etc.Can work with all levels of the organization.Willing to travel to all store locations nationally
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
