The role holder will for be responsible for Implementing the regional action plan Facilitating senior leader buy-in Managing citizenship investments and initiatives Fostering colleague engagement across the region India Citizenship budget, ensuring robust financial management, business planning and commercial/social return on investment Ensuring compliance with governance and local CRS regulationsMain duties and responsibilities Programme implementationImplement regional Citizenship action plan for India, ensuring programme activities are in line with global strategic framework and priorities across the Asia Pacific regionDeliver best-in-class employability programmes with respected partners to achieve sustainable societal and business impact. Ensure programme is delivered against agreed objectives, on time and within budget, demonstrating measurable impactsSupport preparation of Regional Citizenship Council materialsConduct financial analysis for investments; Evaluate partners based on analysis of investment performance, social return and alignment with strategyDevelop detailed written recommendations for support of potential investments for Regional Citizenship Committee and/or Global Citizenship Committee meetings.Generate contracts outlining delivery over the term of the investment and timing of payments. Ensure that the delivery is against the agreed objectives, on time, within budget to ensure strong outcomes for beneficiaries and in consideration of the governance requirements at national, regional and global levels.Communicate programme metrics to partners as part of the engagement strategy and to improve the evaluation process Stakeholder Management and Colleague EngagementCultivate strong relationships and effective dialogue with key leaders in India, to gain buy-in and support to embed Barclays Shared Growth AmbitionDevelop and implement colleague engagement plan that meets the requirements of the BUs/Functions within IndiaEngage with partners to gather necessary data and information for reporting, governance and investment decisions. Manage site visits as required by regulatory requirements.Manage investment enquiries from charities and colleagues
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
