The individual will be responsible for carrying out data-driven analysis to provide actionable insights to improve on the value, efficacy, and effectiveness of digital properties, campaigns, initiatives, and investments.Primary responsibility would include consulting clients on Digital Analytics implementations to help them realize the true potential of the tool.The role will liaise with Clients stakeholders to gather requirements, build solution design documents and support developers in implementing the solution.Present KPIs dashboard to the client and highlight areas of concerns and improvement.SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between all business partners & the web analytics team.Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesStrategicDevelop key business requirements and define relevant key performance indicators to continually monitor online business performance, thereby driving growth and increasing client's ROI.Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives in the digital marketing/analytics portfolioIdentify potential innovation and re-engineering opportunities arising out of business/technology processes.DeliveryLead requirements management for implementing Analytics Solutions across websites (desktop, mobile WAP/App & tablet).Develop and implement business marketing processes for application administration, response and contact management and campaign optimization.Document system requirements, detailed design, process flows, and standard operating procedures to support marketing initiatives.Identify through traffic pattern analysis opportunities to optimize website content, streamline user experience and drive customer acquisitions.Measure and test visitors online experience, site content and usability, and increase users engagement and conversion ratesFacilitate face-to-face/ on call meetings with the Client Stakeholders and Project Team to present and obtain sign-off on project deliverables.Lead Campaign management- inbound, outbound, online, offline and integrated implementations.RequirementsSolid understanding of general marketing concepts and strategiesExceptional presentation and communication skills both verbal and writtenThorough vertical industry experience (e.g., CMT, Retail, Financial Services, Life Sciences, etc.)Masters degree in business, management or other related advanced educationPrior experience on website OptimizationIntermediate JavaScript skillsExperience working with Adobe Analytics/ SiteCatalyst or other Digital Analytics tool like Google Analytics, Webtrends etc.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 6-8
