In the role ofWeb ResearchAnalyst, person will be working in all the markets that the organization has a presence in and work very closely with the Marketing Managers. You will perform market level analysis to ensure optimization of revenue and cost per acquisition. You will serve as an analytical expert by translating data to provide insights to the entire Marketing team on current and future campaigns and strategies. Job DescriptionAnalyze web analytics data (Google Analytics) and customer behaviour data (ERP) to identify opportunities for website enhancements and new internet marketing initiativesDrive efficient and effective marketing and sales decision-making across the organization websites by analyzing customer, website and campaign data and identifying marketing trends, problems and opportunitiesConduct a cost analysis of all marketing campaigns and recommend strategies to increase ROICreate measurement plans for websites, campaigns and new website features designed to measure performance against business objectivesDevelop and maintain periodic MIS reports (weekly /monthly) to track trends in business, customer acquisition and website performanceConduct in-depth analyses of existing customers to determine Client/customer Life Cycle, Value Per Customer, Defection Rate and other metrics in order to facilitate a deeper understanding of customer issues/opportunities and enable a better organization-customer connectShare analysis and learning on user behaviour, website conversions, campaign performance etc., with the respective marketing managerStay abreast of current trends, best practices and tools/techniques in marketing analysisDevelop and implement the required reports and dashboards for the business user based on the business reporting requirements and specificationsTransition developed reports and dashboards to the BusinessProvide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal usersQualificationsDesired SkillsCandidate should be excellent in excelMust have hands on experience of Web Analytics & Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager(GTM)Working with cross-functional teamsCollaborative nature to work with users in a requirements analysis roleKnowledge of logical and physical data modelling concepts (relational and dimensional)Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structuresMust have worked on Tracking parameters implementation
