Job Details

1. Adhere to client leave policy and business etiquette on PresTech floor2. Maintain organizational and client confidentiality3. Coordination of jobs between Associates, Shift Supervisor and the Client4. Directly and actively supervise and assist on-duty operators to ensure consistent quality and satisfactory fulfillment of workflow requirements, including deadlines5. Keep abreast with issues / concerns on the shift and keep the manager posted6. Responsible for prompt response, timely follow up to bankers communication7. Approachable and open to working with staff to resolve problems at any level8. Help coordinate day-to-day operations as well as manage the broader needs of clients9. Retrieve, store and dispose of customer files and data per defined procedures10. Assist manager in coordinating training / ghosting for new team, address technology issues, capacity management11. Assist manager in managing production startups, hang-ups and changeovers and IT/Networking problems12. Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting for the shift13. Assist manager in coordinating and providing timesheets for temp staff14. Operate within the agreed Standard Operating Procedures15. Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking16. Follow proper document management systemsDesired Candidate Profile1. Graduate or equivalent preferred2. 2-3 years of relevant experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)3. Previous supervisory experience of at least 1-2 years4. Positive attitude5. Strong time management and organizational skills6. Able to work independently when necessary to resolve problems7. Attention on detail and consistency to meet clients quality control requirements8. Friendly, non-hierarchical and empathic with colleagues and staff9. Strong Coordination skills10. Ability to work under pressure11. Comfortable interacting with bankers in person, email and telephone12. Strong verbal and written English communication skills13. Good presentation skills14. Willingness to work on rotating shifts (including weekend shifts)15. Ability to adapt any process changes
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
