Identify client needs and link to process improvementsBuild statistical models or adapt existing ones to meet requirements of the organizationMaintain high Stakeholder and Employee SatisfactionInitiate and participate in continuous improvement projects in the teamAdhere to all internal processes and controlsCollaborate across multiple teams from Delivery and Support functionsOptimize use of tools/technology and workforce management techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of supported accountsProvide recommendations to the Management on potential issues and solutionsDeliver ad-hoc requests within agreed time linesProvide RCAs, 'What-If' simulations and Impact Analysis on need basisPerform periodic reviews (weekly/forthnightly) reviews on all deliverables with all stake holders/ Operations TeamsEnsure eWFM application is setup accurately and up-to-date with dataContribute positively to improve the overall financial and operational numbersShare & implement WFM best practices to optimize productivityYou ll have access to all the technical and management training courses you need to become the expert you want to beYoull learn directly from expert developers in the field; our team leads love to mentorYou have the opportunity to work in many different areas to figure out what really excites you
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
